This summer we celebrate 45 years!
What we now call Conover Family Dental was set in motion 45 years ago. Dr. Dave took over the practice of Dr. O’Neil in Deer Park shortly after graduating from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1980. When I look at the photo of Dad, I wonder if that young guy had any idea what the future would bring, probably not!
Back then the fillings were silver and the crowns were gold, but the mission was the same as it is today: To take great care of great people, and to make lifelong friends in the process.
I am grateful for every patient we have ever had, especially the ones that were there in the beginning. Some of them are still with us!
Special thanks to my Dad (and Mom too!). Even though he is not here fixing teeth anymore, his personality and legacy still influence every appointment.
Our secret to success has never been a secret, it’s OUR TEAM! I am grateful for everyone who has worked with us through the years. The best part of my job is the people I see everyday. I especially want to thank our past and current “Lifers” who have made it a career with us, that list seems to grow longer every year, which is very humbling to me. A big thank you to Dr. Senger who has become an essential part of our team. I am excited about year 46 and beyond because I get to do what I love with people I enjoy.
