Being honest, I've had trouble trusting dentists over the last ten years or so. I've had insurance errors I've caught with little recourse, and my last dentist sorta destroyed my bottom right quadrant with shody work that left me in, if not pain, a level of discomfort I shouldnt have to deal with in my 30s. So when I found another dentist I was just hoping for an experience that wasnt awful. Oh boy but did I get a pleasant surprise! First, a care plan was established with clearly explained pricing, already run through insurance for accurate projections. A special consideration is given to patients who are nervous and several options for the mitigation of discomfort are available. Everything is explained in detail. The work I've received thus far has been exceptional, truly I've never been more comfortable and at ease in a dentist chair. The facility is clean, everything seems up to date, and the staff is kind. And not in a customer service sort of way, but genuinely kind. Everyone in there seems to love being there. Coming from a healthcare background I can tell you that if the staff is happy, you are more likely to be getting quality service. My wife and I couldn't be happier with this office. Finding a dentist is hard, if you've made it this far into a review Id seriously consider give these guys a shot, they are exceptional.
