A Smile So Bright
We are surrounded by images of people with perfectly straight, bright, white teeth, and whether we want to admit it or not, most of us wish we had a pearly white smile. If you or a loved one has been considering teeth whitening, then it’s time we had a chat. Teeth whitening can help with staining or discoloration caused by food, smoking, age, medication, or injury. While there are plenty of over-the-counter options, professional teeth whitening will provide better and safer results.
Why Choose Teeth Whitening
A bright, white smile can do wonders for your self-confidence and help you get excited about maintaining your oral health. And professional teeth whitening is the best way to achieve your goal. You will get excellent results. Plus, it is safe for your oral and overall health.
Our Professional Teeth Whitening System
Our team uses Zoom! Whitening because it is the fastest and best teeth whitening system available, achieving dramatic results in a matter of hours. We also offer take-home whitening kits for patients with sensitive teeth or dental work they do not want to replace.
How Does Zoom! Whitening Work?
The first thing we do is have you come in for a consultation where we will examine your teeth to determine whether Zoom! Whitening is a good option for you. After that, we will take digital impressions of your teeth to make custom whitening trays. During your next appointment, we will first place an isolation barrier in your mouth to protect your gums and then apply whitening gel to your teeth. We will also use an ultraviolet light to enhance the whitening process. The entire procedure takes roughly two hours. During these appointments, most patients watch a movie or listen to music.
Am I a Good Candidate?
A consultation here in our office will answer that question. Some dental work or problems may need to be addressed before whitening. If you’re concerned about sensitivity, we provide custom trays you can use at home and a solution that combats post-treatment sensitivity.
How Long will my Teeth Stay White?
Results vary by patient and also depend on your at-home hygiene routine and daily habits. For example, if you drink tea, coffee, or wine on a regular basis, you may require a touch-up treatment sooner than someone who doesn’t. You can maintain your results longer with periodic at-home treatments that we will provide for you.
